Shipping timelines, courier partners, charges, and tracking for physical products across India. Digital products are delivered instantly.

Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products ordered from ProfileTap (operated by Vedanta Core (Proprietorship)). Our digital products — digital profiles and subscription plans — are delivered electronically and instantly, and are not subject to this shipping policy.

Digital Products – Instant Delivery

Digital profiles, QR links, and subscription plans are activated on your account immediately after a successful payment, with no physical shipment involved. If a digital product does not activate within a few minutes of payment, contact admin@vedantacore.com.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed on business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days of order confirmation. Personalized or custom-printed products (e.g. cards with your name, photo, or logo) require additional production time and fall toward the upper end of this window.

Shipping Partners & Methods

We ship through reputable courier and postal partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post. The carrier for a given order is selected based on destination serviceability and speed.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / hard-to-reach areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees; actual delivery may vary due to courier load, weather, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on orders above ₹499; for orders below that threshold a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. Any applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment. All prices and charges are inclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.

Payment for Orders

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India only and do not offer international shipping. Deliverability for your location is confirmed at checkout by pin code. If your area is not serviceable, our team will reach out to arrange an alternative or a refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share a tracking link and/or AWB number by email or SMS so you can follow its progress. For tracking help, contact admin@vedantacore.com with your order number.

Delays, Failed Delivery & Returns to Origin

If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailable, or refused delivery), the courier may reattempt or return the parcel to us. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to origin; re-shipping may attract additional charges. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, do not accept it where possible, and notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Such cases are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy (replacement or refund for verified transit damage).

GST Invoice

A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every order and shared electronically. For invoice queries, contact admin@vedantacore.com.
